Rick,
Great comments about a company’s USP.

Question, what part of the USP is most important…what the “position” is or the guarantee?

Thanks,
Mike

Thanks for the reminder on this one Rick. I’ve always thought that the Domino’s Pizza was a good format to S & D.

For instance, for my feng shui consulting business:
Increased business and profits delivered over-night.
Or for residences,
Better health and relationships delivered overnight.

I know they need to be sparked up a bit.

good video, you switched locations so you wouldn’t have to pay me royalties. for some reason, Lab blocked me on viewing this one, but not the first one

the web site looks way better. but not sure if that’s because I’ve switched to the iMAC.

Not sure of Apple slogan, but there documentation for iMAC comes in two booklets “Everything Mac” and “Everything else”

Helen, how about “fresh hot profits when it absolutely positively has to be delivered within 30 mintues.”

Mike, thanks for the feedback.

The short answer to your question, “what part of the USP is most important…what the “position” is or the guarantee?” is this:

It depends.

Every company is different. One company’s USP might highlight its main benefit. M&Ms: “The milk chocolate melts in your mouth, not in your hand.”

A USP could also BE the guarantee: “We guarantee that you will have a comfortable experience and never have to wait more than 15 minutes or you will receive a free exam.”
